It’s all in the name.
I chose Impact Strategies, Inc. (ISI) as the name of my practice to reflect my belief that in order to achieve lasting impact – that is, to make a difference – nonprofit organizations must think and act strategically.
Utilizing concepts and tools and from evaluation and strategic planning, I help board and staff members of nonprofits think intentionally about three critical questions:
What are we trying to accomplish?
Do our activities support our purpose?
Are we actually making a difference?
Whether its strategic planning or program evaluation, the desired destination is the same. What matters is how you get there. For more about my approach to planning and evaluation, please go to My Approach.
