Strategic Interim Review

The CEO has resigned and the board believes it needs time to sort things out before bringing in a permanent replacement. The Strategic Interim Review provides stability while allowing the board to position the organization for the long-term. The Review process includes the following:

  • Reviewing the existing organizational strategy for relevance.

  • Assessing programs for alignment and effectiveness.

  • Assessing and aligning board roles and responsibilities.

  • Developing a profile for the permanent CEO.

  • Providing an interim CEO to oversee operations*

The Strategic Interim Review is offered in four-week blocks and can range from 10 to 25 hours per week.

* Contingent upon availability. The interim CEO will not engage in fundraising activities or direct program delivery.
