My Orientation
I am not an expert in management science, nor am I a master technician in the areas of planning and evaluation.  Rather, I am a generalist practitioner in the field of organizational development.  Click here for a fuller explanation of this approach.

Prior to founding Impact Strategies, Inc. in 2005, Mike Stone had over eighteen years of experience in educational and nonprofit administration, most recently having held senior level positions in grant management, program development, and evaluation.  Mike is originally from Louisville, KY and has been in Fort Wayne since 1997.
