Mike Stone - Impact StrategiesMike Stone is the lead consultant for Impact Strategies, Inc. Prior to founding the company in 2005 Mike spent 13 years in higher education, serving in various administrative and teaching roles. Most recently, Mike served as chief program officer and later as executive director of a community foundation. Mike earned bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Louisville and completed his Ph.D. in higher, adult and lifelong education from Michigan State University.

Mike's areas of expertise include strategy development, board governance, and developmental evaluation.

 


 

Kim Grant - Impact StrategiesKim Grant joined the Impact Strategies team in 2011 as the Resource Development Specialist. Kim has over 24 years of experience in fundraising and marketing for nonprofit organizations. Most recently, Kim served as the Marketing and Development Executive for PBS-39 in Fort Wayne. Kim is also an active volunteer in her community, having served as Chair for the Fort Wayne Museum of Art Alliance and as Festival Committee Chair for the Fort Wayne History Center. Kim has received training from the Indiana University School of Philanthropy.



 

 

Judy Thomas - Impact StrategiesJudy Thomas joined Impact Strategies in 2012 as the Grants Specialist. Judy has been involved in grant writing and fundraising activities as a volunteer, paid staff member, and consultant since 1996. Through Judy, Impact Strategies is able to provide the full range of grants services, from writing individual grants to managing an organization's grants program. Judy received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University.

 

 

 

 

Gregory Manifold - Impact StrategiesGregory Manifold joined Impact Strategies in 2012 as an Operations Specialist. Greg has 30 years of nonprofit experience, having served 20 years as an executive director. His areas of specialty include operations planning, marketing communications, and adminstrative systems. Greg is available for interim executive director placement as part of the Strategic Interim Review service offered by Impact Strategies. Greg received a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and a master's degree from Eastern Illinois University.
